Hibiscus tea has a sweet tart like flavor similar to cranberry and is easy to brew. It is full of Vitamin C and antioxidants that help boost the immune system and tastes great hot or cold.
How to Brew Hibiscus Tea
Dried Hibiscus Flowers |
Ingredients
- Four cups of filtered water
- One cup of dried hibiscus flowers
Directions
- Bring water to boil
- Add hibiscus flowers to water and lower to simmer
- Add cinnamon stick if you would like
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Strain the flowers
- Add lemon and/or honey to taste
