Raw and Vegan Kale Chips
I took a break from downsizing today and went to Whole Foods after my early morning Bible Study.

The bunch of kale screamed kale chips.
Ingredients
1 large bunch curly kale
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 2 hours)
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 whole head of garlic
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Remove kale (washed) from stalks, tear into pieces, and place into a large bowl.
Place all ingredients but the kale in blender and process until smooth and creamy
Massage the cashew cheeze onto the kale leaves until covered without clumps
Place the kale on the dehydrator sheets and let dry for about 7 hours

I use the pieces for milk and cheeze |
Dry for 7 hours until crisp |
