No One But Me

As I continue through this mound of my disjointed reflections,  it is difficult to actually discard even one notebook. My words written on the pages of these journals hold me captive: shopping lists; recipes; Bible verses; budgets; words important to no one except, perhaps, me.

• Plan for life
• Whatever you eat or drink do for the glory of God
• The best exercise is one you enjoy
• Service to others as a manifestation of His calling

It is not difficult to pass on a well loved piece of literature to family or library but oh these journals they hold my heart. So far, I have eliminated three notebooks; since I have dedicated January to book downsizing I feel as though I am actually on schedule.
